Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services for Home Care Assistance in the Upstate of SC, Becky is dedicated to meeting the needs of older adults who choose to age at home. Becky is a Greenville native and a mission-oriented professional with a strong leadership presence and a diverse skill set. Her years of experience as Compliance Director in a behavioral health facility provides her with expertise in regulatory compliance, human resource oversight, and people management. Becky holds a Practical Nursing diploma and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a blend perfectly suited for her role as Director of Client Services.
Caring for her own aging parents gives Becky a deeply personal understanding about the challenges and needs of aging adults and she ensures that the same compassionate and thorough care is provided to all clients and families. Becky assesses the family’s needs, assigns the right services and the right caregiver, and helps identify additional resources when needed. Whether the need is for companionship and light housekeeping or mobility assistance and full personal care, Becky and the Home Care team has it all covered to keep our aging parents happy at home as long as it is safe to do so.

Client Care Manager
Holley has been with Home Care Assistance since it opened in Greenville, SC. She has held several roles with the organization and has been an outstanding caregiver for nearly ten years. All About Seniors awarded Holley the Home Care Caregiver of the Year Award in 2014. She has demonstrated outstanding clinical and caregiving skills, dependability, and compassion while helping seniors so they can have a better quality of life. Prior to becoming a caregiver, Holley was in child development and day care teaching.
As the Client Care Manager, Holley is responsible for client and case management, ensuring positive care experiences for our clients and their family, including client and caregiver satisfaction as measured by Home Care Pulse satisfaction surveys. She is responsible for starting new cases, client home visits, and case management. She is available to answer client’s questions, support the families and clients, and assure quality care.
Holley manages the company’s scheduling operations and hires, trains and supervises all caregivers. She recruits and employs Certified Nursing Assistants who are top-notch and very compassionate, trustworthy, dependable, and loving caregivers. All caregivers pass comprehensive training, psychological examination and background check and are bonded and insured.
Holley enjoys fishing, traveling, playing Scrabble, spending time with her four children, and loving on her pets. She is constantly helping and adopting critters and animals to join her family.

Jennifer is from Greenville and has two degrees in Accounting and Interdisciplinary Science. She has extensive experience in office operations, payroll, customer service, business management, and finances. Jennifer initially joined Home Care Assistance as an experienced caregiver helping individuals with physical and cognitive limitations. Our clients love Jennifer because she is so compassionate, assists others with genuine enthusiasm and has such a calming and nurturing manner.
As the Office Manager, Jennifer is the friendly face and voice that assists everyone and manages the day-to-day office, administrative, and financial operations. Jennifer supports our clients and the entire team, as well as assists with marketing, community events, and recruiting, interviewing, and orienting new caregivers. She enjoys reading, helping others, and playing with her two children and dog.
